Literature Search Requests

It's best if you carry out your own literature searches. However, if you are short on time, or struggling to find relevant information on a topic, you can submit a literature search request to your Specialist Librarian, who will search a number of databases on your behalf and send you a selection of potentially-relevant results.

To request a search, click on your professional area below and complete the online form.

• Medicine, Dentistry, and Healthcare Sciences
• Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Visiting
• Psychology, and Social Work

Data submitted to the Healthcare Library via these forms is deleted monthly by the relevant Specialist Librarian.

Please note:
Search requests will only be considered from HSC staff who are current members of the Healthcare Library. If you aren't a member, please complete a New Member Registration form. Once registered, you will be able to submit your search request using the relevant form above.
